Delinea Cloud Suite 25.1 Maintenance Jul 19, 2025 04:00-13:30 EDT

Delinea will be upgrading all Cloud Suite pods, except pods 31 and 35, to Hot Fix 3 on Saturday, July 19th from 4:00 am to 1:30 pm EDT. Downtime can be expected since this is a full upgrade. This hot fix is designed to help with the issues customers have seen with lag time in their environments.

Please note, this is for all pods except pods 31 and 35. They will have already had the hot fix installed.

Scheduled - We are performing a backend cleanup to remove system-generated application accounts that were unintentionally created with the prefix "xpm". These accounts appeared in some customer environments over the past few months due to a message processing logic issue, which has since been resolved.

The affected accounts had no permissions, did not consume licenses, and posed no risk to your environment. As part of this maintenance, we will be removing these accounts and any associated records, such as personal folders or group memberships.

No action is required on your part. This cleanup will not impact any legitimate user accounts or services.
