We will be performing scheduled maintenance for the below regions as part of our ongoing URL consolidation to *.services.delinea.app endpoints.
Australia (AU): Monday, May 11th - 11AM Eastern / 11PM AWST
United Kingdom (UK) and Europe (EU): Tuesday, May 12th - 12PM Eastern / 5PM BST / 6PM CEST
Canada (CA) and United States (US): Thursday, May 14th - 8AM Eastern / 5AM Pacific
Duration: 1 hour
WHAT TO EXPECT:
Key Rotation State - Your Platform Engine may display a "Key Rotation" status while it transitions messaging keys to the new *.services.delinea.app endpoints. This is expected behavior and no action is required. Connectivity will be maintained throughout the transition.

UK Engine Endpoint: messaging01-uk.engine-pool.services.delinea.app
EU Engine Endpoint: messaging01-eu.engine-pool.services.delinea.app

⚠️Legacy messaging URLs will be retired soon. To maintain uninterrupted connectivity, please ensure:
# Outbound firewall and proxy rules permit traffic to {tenant}.delinea.app and *.services.delinea.app
# Firewall rules reference the FQDN listed above, not static IP ranges, as IPs may change during migration
If your firewall already permits *.services.delinea.app and {tenant}.delinea.app, no configuration changes are needed during this window.
