Important Update: Cloud Suite iOS Push Notifications — April 25, 2026
Hello,
As part of the Cloud Suite 26.1 release on April 25, 2026, Delinea will be rotating the Apple Push Notification Service (APNS) certificate used to deliver push notifications to the Cloud Suite iOS mobile app. This is a routine certificate renewal to ensure continued push notification delivery.
What to expect:
During the maintenance window (4:00 AM – 1:30 PM EDT), iOS push notifications may be temporarily delayed or unavailable. This is expected during the certificate transition and will resolve automatically once the deployment is complete. No action is required from end users or administrators.
This update applies to cloud-hosted deployments only. Customers running HSPAS (on-premises) are not affected.

Delinea will be upgrading all Cloud Suite pods to version 26.1 on Saturday, April 25th from 4:00 am to 1:30 pm EDT. Service disruptions will be experienced as this is a full release upgrade.
