Update - We are continuing to investigate a service disruption with enrollment of agents on Cloud Suite Pod34. As part of that investigation, we are going to do a rolling reimage of tcp relay servers within the next few minutes. The tcp relays are used in traffic from connectors to the Cloud Suite cloud. This may cause brief connection disruptions for things like SSH and RPD traffic.

Scheduled - We are performing a backend cleanup to remove system-generated application accounts that were unintentionally created with the prefix "xpm". These accounts appeared in some customer environments over the past few months due to a message processing logic issue, which has since been resolved.

The affected accounts had no permissions, did not consume licenses, and posed no risk to your environment. As part of this maintenance, we will be removing these accounts and any associated records, such as personal folders or group memberships.

No action is required on your part. This cleanup will not impact any legitimate user accounts or services.
