Secret Server Cloud: Australia Region - Access Issues

A subset of customers in the Australia region experienced access issues when using Secret Server Cloud.

When accessing their tenant directly via a browser, users encountered the following error:
"Access denied. Error 15. This request was blocked by our security service."

When accessing their tenant via the Platform, users received:
"404 The page you're looking for cannot be found. Please try again."

We worked with our Web Application Firewall (WAF) vendor to mitigate the issue. Access has been fully restored.

We are conducting a root cause analysis (RCA) and will provide further updates once we have more details.
